Safedoor Planned Maintenance is used by overhead door dealers to maintain commercial door and dock systems.
SafedoorPM enables service technicians to work more quickly, thoroughly and consistently. It has an on-board expert system that provides them with individualized inspection lists, detailed practices and safety information benchmarked to manufacturers’ specifications and industry standards, convenient ways to input notes and take photographs, access to helpful technical bulletins, and the maintenance history for every door system, all at their fingertips.

Version History • Added ability for users to activate a subset of a dealer's customers on a given device. This reduces the amount of data that needs to be synchronized between the mobile app and the SafedoorPM servers. Most useful for dealers that have enrolled large numbers of customers. Functionality is enabled by Dealer Portal capability setting for each user.
• Cloud icon shown in Dealer list of Settings view can be tapped to display synchronization status and error information.
• Various minor user interface improvements.
• Minimum supported iOS version is now iOS 15
• Using dropdown filtering menu while importing a configuration from another asset now works correctly.

This release fixes a bug where certain photos were being cropped during upload and another where the current inspection’s grades were not being transferred upon reconfiguration occurring half way through an inspection.
